A pharma sponsor already had the systems it needed. A ticket system tracked work, a separate system handled data requests, and other tools managed who was doing what. What it lacked was a way to keep them aligned without extra effort.
Closing that gap meant a layer of work that added no value: exporting data into Excel trackers, building status reports, following up manually just to see where something stood.
CluePoints followed the same pattern. Getting signal and action data out of the system depended on someone remembering to run a Python script and share the result. When that step was missed, so was the visibility.
