Angela also developed an enterprise-wide Business Process Modeling framework and governance, and led a team of business process modelers. She managed programs and projects, and, in her role as PMP, developed and institutionalized Program and Project Management best practices. Angela’s leadership helps i2e institutionalize structured methodologies to deliver high-value, and data-driven insights to clients.
