Lisa Melhem is a PPM consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations optimize enterprise portfolio management systems, modernize data processes, and improve decision making through scalable technology solutions. She specializes in Planisware implementations, portfolio governance, data integration, and enterprise process optimization for global R&D organizations.
Before joining i2e, Lisa served as a Planisware Lead Developer at Corteva Agriscience, where she led the design and optimization of Planisware solutions supporting global R&D portfolios. She also spent more than four years at Planisware, delivering enterprise implementations, data migration strategies, user training, and solution enhancements for clients.
At i2e, Lisa helps life sciences organizations implement and optimize Planisware solutions that strengthen portfolio governance, improve data quality, and enable more informed portfolio decisions.
