Viktor Bengtsson brings 20 years of diverse experience across industries including, but not limited to pharma, biotech and applied AI.
Viktor has previously worked in roles including operations management in large-scale agribusiness, AI software development for biotech, and executive leadership in fintech. He has also advised a national center for applied AI, specializing in integrating advanced analytics and decision frameworks. He is highly proficient in strategic PPM, combining technical depth with practical change management to drive measurable improvements.
As an PPM consultant at i2e, Viktor provides our clients with strategic reviews of existing practices, personalized guidance on PPM frameworks, and hands-on support in implementing organizational change, supported by i2e's technical team.
