Daniel Normand

Daniel Normand is a Project leader with 15+ years of hands-on experience with customer-centric aviation PPM.

Throughout his career, Daniel has managed full project lifecycles, from competitive bids to post-delivery support, in matrixed global organizations. He comes with extensive hands-on experience in Planisware product management since 2014.

An original member of the Planisware CAB (Change Advisory Board) as well as Best Practice Working Group, he excelled in driving continuous improvement in Project Control and engineering domains.

Joining i2e as a PPM expert, he applies this operational rigor to Planisware implementations, helping clients translate PPM theory into measurable project outcomes.
