- Advised and implemented system integrations in and out of the PPM tool to eliminate data silos and design optimal updates to external reporting.
- Implement multiple quality checks to enable early detection of issues, enforce standardized data governance, reduce manual validation effort, and ensure accurate, trustworthy data for PMO reporting and leadership insights.
